Order Your Dumpster from App
Select a dumpster and proceed to checkout by choosing between cash on delivery or a 30% upfront digital payment. Review your order summary and confirm your request instantly.

Track Orders in Real-Time
Once confirmed, you will receive a notification with an estimated delivery time. You can easily track ongoing active orders with real-time status updates to know exactly when your dumpster arrives.

Request Empty Loads Easily
Don't let waste slow you down. When the dumpster is full, simply select 'Request Empty Load' in the app. A request is automatically sent to partners to schedule an emptying service.

Final Pickup & Completion
When your project wraps up, the driver will pick up the dumpster after the rental period. The partner confirms the service, and your order is fully closed.
1 · You tell us what you're clearing
Send the site location and the stage — 'excavation', 'demolition', 'second fix', 'handover clean'. That is usually enough for us to name a size. If it isn't, we ask two more questions. You will not be asked to fill in a form to get an answer.
2 · We match you to a licensed partner
Nefaya doesn't own containers. We route your job to a licensed waste company that covers your district and has that size available. You get the company's name before delivery — you always know who is coming.
3 · Delivery, with a window
You get an arrival window rather than a vague day. You don't need to be on site if the drop-off point is clear and accessible — tell us where to place it and the driver follows that.
4 · Keep it as long as the job takes
There is no fixed rental block you have to fit your project into. Message us when you're ready for collection, or earlier if it fills faster than you expected and you want a swap.
5 · Collection, and what comes after
The same partner collects and hauls the load to a licensed disposal facility. We'll be straight with you about the rest: today Nefaya makes collection reliable and traceable — it does not yet control what happens to the material afterwards. Routing loads to sorting and recovery is the next thing we're building, and we'll say so here the moment it's real rather than before.
